Russian Business Visa

Step by step

Business invitation is needed to get a business visa to Russia. Business visas can be single, double, and multiple entry. Their validity ranges from 1 to 12 months. Business invitation is an invitation letter issued by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Passport-Visa Service. Only certified Russian travel companies or organizations submit required information to the MFA, which issues the business invitation or sends a telex (the number of Your invitation that goes straight to the Consulate) to the Russian consulate abroad where you will apply.

A business visa is the best choice if You need more flexibility in Your travel, require a stay longer than 1 month, and\or need a multiple entry visa.

When You have an invitation, You need to submit it to the Russian consulate and apply for a visa. It`s better to check beforehand with the Russian consulate that You will apply to if they accept copies of invitations or only originals. If the Consulate in Your country accepts the originals, we can send the document via Post for an extra charge.
